I can’t say enough about what an amazing host Anya was for our group of 11, ranging in age from 6 to 82. From her clear and responsive communication to her perfect recommendations (restaurants, beaches, nearby towns/wineries, truffle hunt, private chef dinner) she helped our family make the most of what was an amazing week in a truly memorable accommodation. Our stay opened our eyes to what an amazing region Le Marche is - we’d be thrilled to visit again.

It’s been an absolutely wonderful week here in Casa Castagna- this house is breathtakingly beautiful and absolutely perfect for making memories that will last a lifetime. 10 adults and 5 children here to celebrate Grandad John’s 70th birthday and this was the perfect place. Long afternoons by the pool, trip to the beach and exploring the nearby towns, table tennis, football, beautiful summer evening dinners outside around the big table. Utterly magical. Thank you for sharing this exceptional place!

Incredible! the best villa we have rented. we have had the most amazing two weeks with 3 families. the villa is beautiful, interior design and a fantastic kitchen with all the mod cons! the pool and outside areas were very generous. anya was fantastic and responded immediately as did the local management team! we will all have fantastic memories and hope to return!

Casa Castagna was the perfect place for our family holiday. The beautiful villa became home to 13 family members across 3 generations, with ample bedrooms, bathrooms and living space for us all. There was something for everyone…the pool became a haven from the searing heat, the stunning surroundings gave us a sense of peace and the wonderful entertaining space came alive when we hosted a bbq for 35! The location was perfect: 20 minutes from the long sandy beach of Porto San Giorgio, 5 minutes from welcoming vineyards for wine tasting and 10 minutes from our favourite Italian village Petritoli where we have many memories. Anya was a great host and easily contactable with any small problems during our stay. We hope to be back in the future!

This 6 bedroom country villa truly has it all. After driving up the rustic gravel path, I was greeted by a beautifully restored farmhouse surrounded by olive, fig, and quince trees. The home has all of the amenities necessary for a large group of friends or family to enjoy a peaceful escape from the city while being a short 10 minute drive from the beautiful Adriatic Sea. During my visit to Casa Castagna, I enjoyed truly breathtaking views of the nearby medieval hilltop towns and the peaks of the Sibilini Mountains. One morning, with a cappuccino in hand, I saw a herd of sheep lingering in the distance, being monitored by sheep dogs-something I would never see in the suburbs of Los Angeles! The home itself is gorgeous with well-appointed bedrooms and bathrooms. Throughout the house you will find vintage doors, loads of natural light, clawfoot tubs and beautiful wood beams, barrel ceilings, and a large modern farmhouse-style kitchen with fireplace. Somehow, the prosecco just seemed to taste better standing in that kitchen! I’m looking forward to returning to this lovely home during the summer months to enjoy the pool and the home’s outdoor living spaces. I highly recommend this property for anyone looking for an authentic Italian experience. It is an easy “home base” for day trips into larger cities, beach days at the sea, or just a quiet place to relax and make memories with loved ones.
